Such a sweet hotel in uptown, right on Magazine with cool shops and restos surrounding. The southern charm is rampant. Amazing art collection. Gorgeous decor - colours, textures and style. Spent the whole day by the pool enjoying the muggy Nola sun in comfort. Loved it and will definitely stay again.

This hotel was so nice and very clean. The Valet parking was a very nice touch and the pool was so clean and very refreshing. 10/10 stay!

This hotel is like an elderly slightly “shabby”genteel woman—definitely signs of age BUT our entire group of 4 couples loved it. The rooms were updated and very comfortable. The location was perfect for walking everywhere we wanted to walk to-Bourbon Street/Frenchman Street/ down to the river front /the WWll museum (yes a little bit of a walk, but easy to do) Parking of course cost BUT it was secure behind a gated code only parking lot accessible out the back entrance of the hotel grounds. We used the swimming pool and it was clean and quiet -fyi there is temporary parking in the front of the hotel while you check in and drop off luggage. The hotel front desk agent was a wealth of information -she has worked there 25 years and so very professional and nice . We felt safe and would stay there again

This hotel doesn’t have maintenance 24/7 which I find unacceptable. The pool broke the night before I arrived and I was told that no one will fix it because it is a weekend. What kind of management is this ? The description of the hotel and specifically the so called beautiful pool area in the garden is what sold me on this stay. What was in reality didn’t match one bit. Lubby is old and smelling of mold. Balconies are full of splinters and semi working furniture. The cleaning staff is very nice. So is the front desk but the management must take this seriously or they will loose customers for sure. They can’t prevent homeless bums that sleep right under the door,( which made walking outside the hotel rather unpleasant, but they have to take care of their grounds.

Wonderful stay at the Grenoble House! We will be back! The staff were friendly, the hotel was close to everything but quiet, and the courtyard was everything. Immaculate vibes and gorgeous room.
