Beautiful and unexpectedly modern and luxurious

This hotel was unsanitary had roaches. Went down to the front desk to complain and ask for a refund. They acted shocked over the roaches but then I find out on on reviews I found later on that they had roach problems before and they said it was cooperatedon’t care and hasn’t done anything about it. We were traveling across country with our bags in the room and we were concerned roaches would get into our luggage. They tried giving us a new room however that room had a used bandaid on the floor and food struck between the beds.

The room and property were so clean! The front staff was incredibly helpful, Enjoyed the location, walking distance to great restaurants and bars

Rooms are out dated, my first room bathroom was completely dirty with hair in the tub, dead roach, and some unidentified gooey looking object near the door, I took pictures and went to the front desk, I was asked to email the pictures over and was assigned a new room, but the 2nd room bathroom was dirty as well but not as bad as the first one. I probably won’t stay there again.
