Room for one night was decent. Had trouble getting the air working during the night so the room was a bit warm. It was working when we got there. Turned back on early in the morning. Thermostat was in the room, but we didn’t seem to control it. Bed was a bit hard, but the room was clean. Close to train which why we picked it for that night.

Room was nice and clean. Amazing location and Matthieu was very helpful finding us a parking spot on a holiday weekend.

Brand new modern hotel. Beautiful room, comfortable bed, nice amenities, amazing staff. Great location. There’s no parking on the premises, but just a short distance to a couple of parking lots. It was surprising to find out that there is no room cleaning/ maintenance while staying unless you request it and there’s a fee of $35 for the service and bed making. A recommendation to the property manager would be to signal the light switches around the rooms; due to the dark walls and ambiance it is not easy to locate them. Overall a great stay.

Wonderful property and attention to customer service. We requested a new item for the room and they promptly responded and a new item was brought to the room by housekeeping. Felt secure and safe. Location was prefect for Place Royale and AML cruises. Would definitely stay here again.

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The room was large and well appointed and the location was great. If you want to be more in the heart of things, find one of the sister properties. But I loved where we were, very close but not in the hoards. Only thing is that I wish they didn’t charge for luggage storage, but whatever. Would stay here again for sure.
