I'd give you a 3.5. Staff was very courteous (5); bed was too soft and very lumpy. (2); other than that, the room had everything I needed and seemed clean. Various areas of walls in need of repair (gouges, etc)

The staff was amazing. The grounds had garbage everywhere. It’s legal but people were were smoking weed just outside the doors. A few homeless in the lobby and breakfast.
