This hotel was surprisingly pleasant! It was clean and welcoming. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub area were exceptional, very clean, great hot tub, and lots of fun for the kids after a long day of travel. Breakfast was good. Coffee could use improvement, ha. But otherwise a nice stay. Room was spacious and had everything we needed.

Quiet and clean. We went during the summer as a stop on our honeymoon. Check in was simple and staff were accommodating.

Clean facility but deadbolt could not engage in lock(it was misaligned). Food was OK. The staff very quite and reserved. No sense of humor.

Stayed overnight with furry family members. Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff at checkin and checkout were friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

When we arrived we were informed our reservation was cancelled due to maintenance issues and we would need to contact Expedia for a refund. The poor clerk needs de-escalation training. She didn't realize her communication technique only succeeded in elevating the emotions of upset people. We expect a refund from Expedia in 7 to 10 days. It is frustrating having to wait that long for a refund for a service, due to our own fault, was not provided to us.
