Front office needs new staff who know how to interact with the public. When speaking with the manager they were bypassing the fact that their employee should not be escalating a situation by responding with smart remarks and belittling their guest. This made the experience very difficult to like this place. Smirking and shaking your head and huffing your breath and over talking and raising your voice while a guest is trying to explain a situation should not be a person at the front desk and telling a guest that the issues are not their problem but a personal problem is very unprofessional and has lost my respect

Staff was friendly. It smelled and looked brand-new. My room was spacious and clean. Convenient location. I will definitely stay here again in the future.
