Staff was great and the parking was very convenient. I just wish I had done more research before booking because I did not know about this hotel’s spooky history until my girlfriend told me about it just a couple hours after we checked in. Ghost stories don’t concern me too much but this hotel’s been on the show Ghost Adventures two times which had her pretty freaked out and uncomfortable. My only criticism is that those running the hotel clearly embrace the “haunted house” theme/history and I think that should be mentioned in the hotel’s about page so potential guests are aware. Would not recommend for families with young ones or people who have a fear of the paranormal

Room was very clean and spacious. We paid for a balcony which was a joke and a fireplace which was another joke. Our room faced the freeway, which was noisy, but with the closed door was OK. 99% of the staff was friendly except for one person on the front desk that I saw when we checked in and when we checked out. Not very friendly and not very helpful. perhaps going through a hard time in life, but I wish it was a difference.
