Got 1 bedroom with kitchen. Unit is decently clean. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. Not a lot of people in the area, because it’s after summer and not ski season. We enjoyed that too! There’s Safeway about 12 mins away to get essentials. Great location to see Lake Tahoe, Donner Lake and Tahoe City.

So,I did not like the parking and finding the room situation. My mom is disabled,we got great parking but had to lug heavy stuff all over to find the lobby. I was not happy with the resort fees when we couldn’t even use the pool or hot tub. I don’t think we would return to stay here even though we paid a lot of money between parking fees, resort fees, then more money they hold that I was unaware of. If it wasn’t so expensive,we would have stayed another day, however the pillows in the room were terrible, and our parking to room was horrible. The room was beautiful and clean, everything in the hotel was clean and beautiful,I liked the 24/7 chat assistant. Overall, beautiful, clean, but if you are disabled and need to take stuff to and from your vehicle,I wouldn’t recommend, Also all the fees that add up,it’s cheaper to go somewhere else and just come and enjoy the motel. This isn’t something we normally get to do,it’s a very special occasion and I thought it was going to be a lot different.

The property as clean with beautiful views! Very spacious room! We will be back for sure!

Amazing place to stay. We like spacious rooms and firm beds, it had everything I needed with small kids to make my stay memorable and comfortable

I was pleasantly surprised with how nice the room and property was for the price. Comfortable, spacious room. Scenery and grounds were nice. Restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Most of all the pool, jacuzzis and sauna were wonderful! The town of Genoa is also very cute. Hope to return soon!
