I had a bad experience while my stay. My room smelled like drainage and the staff did the bare minimum to help. They sent over an engineer all he did was pour some chemical down the drain and said the smell would go away. Not only did the room smell it also felt moist. I also kept having trouble with the wifi it kept disconnecting non stop. The location is great on the strip but the stay wasn’t the best.

Great Hotel! We had an amazing experience! Everything was above and beyond expectations! Very nice, clean and well maintained hotel from the moment you step foot on the property, including parking garage and driveway. All staff were super friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay and will definitely recommend it to everyone we know and stay again next time in Vegas. The location was great and made it easy to get to anywhere else we needed to go.

Bird dropping on steps and door entry way. The pull out bed was broken. Telephone call placed on hold for more than twenty minutes by front desk staff. After twenty minutes the call would disconnect or staff will ask to call back "we are helping customers."

The Masquerade Tower is old, but has spacious rooms and comes with free parking. The big screens at the casino level are a good place to watch sports. Easy drive to/from the airport.

Everything was good until we went to sleep in the morning we woke up with rash in in one leg and left shoulder 3 red dots in shoulder indicates bed bugs mi wife in the legs to. I went to the front desk to tel them to cancel our stay but they told me that there's nothing they can do, we booked for 3 days and we stayed only 2 we lost one night. we are never coming back to this hotel stay away from it.

The view was gorgeous at night with all the lights. We loved it! ~ Always Grateful. ~

Check in was great - they accommodated our early arrival and gave us an extra hour at check out (very appreciated). Room was nice; however, we found some housekeeping issues and although they sent someone quickly to address, the person didn't thoroughly address which left us feeling like they don't have great attention to details and we had to complain again. Loved the location - walkable to everything and we used the attached mall to cut through to the Blvd. Pool was just ok. We rented a cabana one day and they ended up putting the steel drum entertainer immediately next to our cabana that had open walls. There was no way to enjoy the cabana or hold any type of conversation. I think that should have been told to us upfront about this arrangement or we should be discounted the hours he was playing. We also rented a day bed another day. Poolside service was lacking both of these days - we had to go the bar multiple times to order drinks/food as a server couldn't be located. The pool seemed dirty - was surprised they don't clean nightly. Liked the Starbucks in the lobby. Staff was very friendly. No sales pressure whatsoever. Would consider the Elara again but not dying to go back.
