There was traffic from non hotel guest. It must had been years since they cleaned under the beds their was a ticket from 2007 Giant game, other things found under the bed. Roaches ran around like they were hotel guest. This was a last minute trip. But I have to say each and every staff member were very helpful.

Our room wasn’t fully cleaned - left over used Kleenex on the shelves. The blackout roller shades didn’t close in our room. The elevators weren’t working. There was no-one at the desk when we checked in so we had to wait 15 mins. The breakfast was poor, at 830am - no fruit juice left, no eggs left, no sausages left and fruit options were extremely limited at the buffet. The bar area was under construction which is understandable, but all in all it was an extremely poor experience.

Noel and all staff were wonderful!!! The rooms and service were excellent. The outside swimming tool and the "Rev" poolside bar were a large plus for summer fun. There is no place for munchies or a quick bite in hotel. No breakfast except for in room eating. There is a steakhouse in hotel that is not part of hotel. Being that it is next to the NBA stadium there are some courtside in the back little shops. Be careful walking the streets! Talk to front desk for advice.

A little stark with so much white decor. Great use of space inside rooms with toilets inside shower. A sterile environment visually ...
