I have stayed at this resort several times with family. This was not a good experience, as we were visiting for my mother's 90th birthday. She is in a wheel chair, so I requested an ADU room when I made the reservation. I followed up with a call to the hotel, expressing our needs, prior to our trip and check in. While we were given a ground floor room, it was not an ADU room. I have stayed in an ADU room previously here, with bathroom and shower accomodations. What we got this time was completely inadequate for my mother. It was a big disappointment for her birthday to not have a shower she could use or a bathroom where she could fit her wheelchair.

Amazing service!

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Bayit, from the pool to the onsite coffee shop. Every thing was great, I would stay here again (: they have no front concierge but that was not a problem at all, they communicated in a very fast manner over email, when I requested early morning check in or had any questions or requests.

Everything has been amazing so far. The room is clean and the property is very well maintained. The only issue is that the balcony has some spider webs and doesn’t seem to have been properly cleaned, so unfortunately I’m not able to sit outside and enjoy it. Other than that, everything has been great.
