It is quiet. The property is clean.

There was a change in my cabin due to a/c issues. The host was unable to call me so there was a delay in getting into my cabin. Thankfully they responded quickly and I was in the right cabin within 10 minutes. The cabin is exactly as described and was more than adequate for my needs. The freezer worked great but the fridge was barely cool. No other issues. The property is in a beautiful location and it was very peaceful for the most part. There was a decent thunderstorm with some heavy winds coming off the lake, but other than some windows rattling it was uneventful. I would definitely stay here again.

When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk staff greeted us warmly and were very friendly. Unfortunately, we had several issues with our room. We paid for two queen-size beds in the newly renovated, nonsmoking section because there were three people in our group. However, when we arrived, we were given a room with one king bed. After returning to the front desk, we were moved to a room with two beds, but it was located in the smoking section and had not been renovated. The two beds were also definitely full or double-size rather than queen-size beds. They felt noticeably smaller than expected and were not what we had paid for. Although we were not charged a different rate, we specifically booked a renovated, nonsmoking room with two queen-size beds, so I feel a partial refund would have been appropriate. Regarding complaints in other reviews about cigarette smoke being noticeable in nonsmoking rooms, I think the casino floor may contribute significantly to the problem. Since smoking is allowed there, guests leave smelling strongly of smoke, with their hair, bodies, and clothing exposed to it. That odor can easily be carried back into the hotel room, making it seem as though someone smoked inside even when they did not. Overall, most of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. My other disappointment was the limited selection of casino games. The hotel should be more specific when listing the available games, as roulette is one of the games we looked forward to

Was musky and had a lot of gnats and flies inside kitchen sink stopped up and smelled bad beds were clean bathroom needs updates I have stayed here many times this cabin I wasn’t impressed with especially for the price but safe location and ok stay for my one night..
