I had a really lovely stay here last night. Michael welcomed me warmly and showed me up to a lovely, bright, comfortable room. The bed was really comfy and it was so quiet, I slept really well. Everything was super clean. As a single person travelling for work I usually don't choose to stay in someone’s home but the reviews swayed me and I’m glad they did. I definitely hope to come back. Thank you Michael and Gene.

Our room in the basement was very small, and old, but very cute. Just glad we only stayed a night. Think I felt bit closterfobic, but very good location. Close to everything. Maybe super floors are better.

It was basic continental breakfast but it meet our needs and expectations.

Bed wasn’t too comfortable and there was some sort of machine outside my window that was starting up and going off throughout the night. However, the room was clean and adequate considering the price as a lateish booking.

I arrived at midnight and was faced with a choice of twin beds or double and no window on either - not great . The staff were pleasant and room was v clean but claustrophobic in heat

Staff is polite and respectful; however property could use a little more cleaning as the carpets have stains on them all over.

The room was clean and we had a comfy night's sleep. It was a very pleasant stay.

Great location for museums and Royal Albert Hall. Very helpful staff.
