check in time was 6pm app let me buy at 5:30 called them to verify and phone is from Mexico ?????no refund to top it off!!!

Room had ants in the bed and lady bugs in bathroom. Grounds unkept. Pool dirty. Stay away. This place is gross. Upon checkout the staff did take off the resort fees. Worst pool I’ve ever seen.

Great place to stay, and the staff was very helpful upon my arrival. The room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. The Inn was extremely quite, just a Beautiful place. 😍

I did a late check out because my flight got changed. I had some issue with my bank because of my new flight changing I had to pay for my bag to be checked, due to this my bank put a hold on my card. I tried to inform the front desk who had knocked on my door about 10 times, said I had to pay for extra for late check out. I tried to explain my financial situation and I would be happy to pay the late check out fee but I have to go to my bank in person. The gentlemen working informed me I would be 86d because of this. I stayed at hotel McCoy the first week they opened, and I have spent hundreds of dollars and it’s really unfortunate that this gentleman working that morning ruined it for me in the future. People always tell their friends about the stories when something went wrong, it would be nice if I could have told them the time when hotel McCoy tried to make it right.
