​Terrible experience – Refused check-in and kept my money for services never rendered. ​I booked a stay at Las Palmas Hotel Tucson through Expedia, but when I arrived to check-in, management refused to accept the card I had on file for the incidental deposit—despite it being a valid payment method. Because of this arbitrary policy, I was completely unable to use the room or stay at the property. ​Manager Daritza assured me she would email Expedia the following morning to waive the cancellation penalties since I was denied entry, but the hotel has completely ghosted Expedia's multiple attempts to resolve this. Keeping a customer's money when they were blocked from checking in is unacceptable and feels like a total scam. I have been a loyal traveler for over 20 years, and this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am disputing this charge with my credit card company and filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Avoid this property!

Check-in was fine, someone was at the desk. The pool was out of service (pretty common, I hear). The fire alarm went off at 4:00 a.m. No communication with clients/visitors. Went to check out, no one at office. Called number pasted on the exterior window. No response. Don't even try this place, or you will be disappointed! Truly!

The property is beautiful, in a beautiful area and beautifully maintained. We enjoyed our stay. It was relaxing and we had everything we needed. It was a great stay.

This unique property is thoughtfully appointed. The spacious room is comfortable with stylish and comfortable furniture. The location is great downtown with the Sun Rail stop less than a block away with easy rail access to U of A. The self check in process was seamless. The parking near by also a plus. Will look forward to a return visit to the Unicorn Zebra.

We booked this property last minute and were pleasantly surprised. The property is beautiful. The rooms were large and clean and the staff helpful and pleasant. We look forward to another stay in the future.

Great place to stay, and the staff was very helpful upon my arrival. The room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. The Inn was extremely quite, just a Beautiful place. 😍
