We stayed in the suites. They were very lovely and well planned out. Quite spacious. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay again if back in Ft William.

The reason I have given poor ratings is mainly because of the bathroom shower. It was set at a high temparature and the dial/knob was not working so we literally had to take a shower in scalding water. We complained on the day we checked in and a manager came to look but he was least bothered. He tried turning the knob once or twice and then said this is how it's going to be. We did complain about this at check out next morning but the staff were not bothered, just said sorry.
