Check in time is not guaranteed. They didn’t have the room ready

Rooms clean, staff were brilliant and the parking near the hotel

Easy check in and perfect location. Hotel had everything for a night away.

Though the building was very unclean - especially dirt stained carpet inside the building and unpleasant smell, the actual room and enclosed facilities were clean. I struggled to settle and sleep the first night as my room strongly smelled of cigarette smoke, as though previous guest had been smoking in it (discreetly). My room was located on 1st floor (couldn’t have been from outside smoke). I experienced good customer service. Well located with ease of public transport.

Ideally located for transport links, room was a nice size with great views across the city. Staff were friendly and helpful. A good place to stay.
