The inside was clean garbage cans outside were overflowing and smelly. Pillows were ok if you like extra hard there also there was a soft one but it was too soft when put head on it it went to the mattress. The breakfast only consisted of cereal bread for toast and bagels coffee or tea no juice or water

Very clean, maintained motel. Nice hot tub and swimming pool. Has a free breakfast, but didn't get up in time to eat 😊

Nice place in a small town.

Avoid this motel! We were looking for a place to spend a night on our trip and Chadron was the closest town. There were only Holiday Inn for over $300 and Motel Grand for $112, which had decent reviews, so we decided to book a room with two queen beds. When we arrived at about 10PM reception was closed, but we called number on the door and 20 minutes later a guy arrived. He confirmed that we have reservation but said that there are no rooms with two queen beds available (they are not cleaned). There was only one unit occupied, but I saw on the computer that remaining units were marked red – not occupied but not cleaned. He told as to wait, and sometime later came back saying that he has the room for us. The room was dirty, everything was old and stained, there even was garbage in the garbage bin, and we had impression that linen wasn’t replaced after last guests, just smoothed. We slept using our sleeping bags and left the room as early as we could. I have the feeling that this place prepares the rooms only when they have bookings and of course highly overcharges. I am shocked that such place is listed on hotels.com!
