The room and hospitality were great but availability of dedicated hotel staff was lacking. In-room perks made the stay special. Would come back for sure!

The Roost was a wonderful place to stay for a fun weekend in downtown Cleveland. The garage was easy to use with the QR code on my phone. The staff person at the desk in the lobby was extremely friendly and helpful. The building was very clean. The 2 bedroom apartment was clean, comfortable and quiet. Ww will definitely return when we are visiting Cleveland.

The room was so cute and perfect for our family. It was so close to cedar point and that was a major plus! The one thing that was a struggle was the size of the sink and vanity. It was very small making it hard to wash and dry bottles at the end of the night. It all worked out but just took a balancing act. Also the floor seemed dirty and we did not wear our shoes on it. We wouldn't let our 11 month old crawl around at all. But overall the hotel and room met all our needs!

The property was poorly maintained. The hall carpets, and the carpets on the stairs were ripped. They were broken tiles in the bathroom. The place looked like it hadn’t been painted since the great depression. This place is a dump.

Our family members chose the hotel. I wouldn’t call it a hotel. More like a mix between a motel and an Airbnb. Had to bring our own fire stick to watch tv. All the correspondences were by AI- no actual person. Photos make it look nicer than it was. It was too expensive for what it was. The door locks are touchy and beep if you don’t get them locked just right.

Dollar for dollar, one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. Facilities were clean, well maintained, and updated. Staff was friendly and clearly cared about the hotel. Would definitely stay here again!
