The front desk staff was horrible and rude if it hadn't been so late we would've went elsewhere and no ice machine or instructions on where the ice could be located we walked the floors looking

Clean, cozy, and updated. The shampoo and conditioner was amazing!! Consider selling it to guests!

We traveled with four kids. There was a noticeable lack of other children around. However the property was prepared to have them around. There was an entire play room with brand new puzzles and gently used toys to play with. The pool was usually fairly empty so my kids had fun there. The basketball court was generally empty as well. We got a lot of use out of all three spaces. The staff was friendly and helpful. And the coffee shop downstairs was a frequent stop as well.

I can’t wait to come back to Chicago… This will definitely my go to spot. I wish there was a fluffier comforter on the bed and dress attire rules for breakfast… other than that 10/10

The breakfast was really great and the property was well maintained. The sofa bed was decent but no extra blankets were provided.

I liked everything except that the air conditioner in the hotel hallway was too cold
