Bentonville Vacation Packages

Staff was cordial but not welcoming. Didn’t wish you a good stay or ask if you needed anything else. Everything else was very nice and comfortable .

Cool

There was only one entrance to the building. This might be a positive to some but that made parking difficult. The parking seemed crowded probably because everyone was trying to park near the one entrance. The hallways are narrow which makes navigating them with an armful of luggage difficult. The rooms were big but there seemed to be wasted space. Adding a couch might be helpful. The rooms were not well lit. The breakfast was tasty but all the hot items were crowded into one corner. However, the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall this was not what we have come to expect from a Comfort Inn.

Everything was great except the water pressure and water wasn’t that hot but everything else perfect do recommend.
