Biloxi Vacation Packages

All and All I had an amazing stay at this location of the Sheraton Hotel. Quick check in and Miles was a mazing and informative, I was even put on a high floor which I love. I was able to get additional keys for my friends that stayed at neighboring hotels during Halloween, I even was able to add their name to the room without hassle. The Hotel was nice, clean. The lobby has a big bar in the center with live entertainment. Starbucks is also in the lobby which is convenient. Cafe Beignet is also in the lobby, great food, super busy but the line moves super quick. Arriving to the room the floor did smell like cat urine, but that's not the hotels fault lol. The beds were rather small but it was just me in the room so not too shabby. Small Bathroom but I was mainly outside. The area is great, so many restaurants and shops left and right and its literally walking distance from bourbon street, less than 10 min walk. I will definitely be returning, Thank You for the hospitality.

Good

Super cool, friendly staff .. best stay in Nola

Did not like that it wasn't clear it was a "timeshare" type resort. We sat thru a presentation that was a waste of our time & the sales rep. Our room had many issues that required maintenance. We were told someone would come to our room to address the problems, which never happened. Larger gaps in the floor tile grout lines that were obvious. The bedroom lighting was insufficient. The bathroom mirror lighting insufficient. The fan came on with the mirror light instead of the shower. The shower head was leaking like a sieve and could not be adjusted. The bathtub/shower floor was slippery (had to put a towel down for traction) The step out of the bathtub/shower was too deep. There needed to be a ceiling fan in the living room/kitchen area for circulation. The placement of the HVAC right near the sofa made hearing the TV very difficult. The thermostat was too high on the wall for me to see. The room as a whole did not give a good presentation of the hotel accommodations. The staff were all very friendly & helpful.
