We were very impressed with the entire experience: beautiful home and grounds, cleanliness, staff, amenities…and had the whole place to ourselves. And a big thank you to Sharon, who made time to give us a tour and explain a lot of interesting history, and secret passages, in the house.

The cigarette smell was to much to go eat in the restaurants on site, but the rooms were clean and the staff was really nice.

The directions to the hotel entrance were vague. I had to go in another entrance and ask customers where the entrance was. The staff we very helpful. Carvers restaurant was wonderful. The pool area seemed small for the size of the hotel.

Pay to park, didn't see that anywhere until I l99k at my bank account. They changed me2 times, called them and then was told they only charged me once. Received credit for one. A week later I've been charged again for the same thing and yet was told very rudely by the person on the phone they only charged me once and was credited. But yet 2 additional charges have been deducted. Now to the room itself. Everything was ok except shower/tub was not up to parquet and hair in that area wasn't even going to send a review until they started Stealing from my account with these parking fees.
