Staff is great!

Room was clean, carpets on property could use upgrades. Valet staff was excellent in answering questions and very friendly. Parking garage nice especially because of all the storms in the area. Casino seemed very crowded and smoky. Food options limited. Would be nice if they could add a coffee option and light snacks options as not many in the area.

We had a great stay, front desk lady was very friendly and explained where everything was located and the times for milk and cookies, coffee, breakfast, etc. the property is beautiful, the only issue we had was the awkward door handles on the bathroom, but it was so minor it wasn’t enough to complain about at the time, we had a bottle of champagne in our fridge on arrival with glasses which was a nice touch. It is walking distance from multiple shops and restaurants, we enjoyed our stay and the staff were great, we will definitely stay again

Property was clean, unique and very comfortable. Loved the bathroom features. Parking wasnt ideal and no place to load or load and no covering when its raining, but otherwise, a near perfect experience.

Every thing was great, especially for an airport hotel. Staff were helpful and the room was larger than I expected.

Great place to spend a night

Clean room. Comfortable beds, good breakfast buffet & great location.

Beds were very comfortable. Food in the hotel was over priced and terrible. Homeless people all over that harassed you as soon as you walked outside. Room temps only got down to 72 and felt about 75 and hallways felt 80. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, personally. There was nothing close around. It was a quick overnight for us and it worked, but I wouldn’t stay again.
