The common areas were good. The room needed work. Bathroom sink facet sprayed sideways. The bathroom door was very hard to close. The couch side was shredded. The garbage disposal stunk and i e maker did not work. Staff was friendly. Breakfast bar was yummy and outside pool area was nice.

I was very disappointed with my stay. From the moment we walked into the room, there was an overwhelming odor that never went away. The room also did not feel clean, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very lackluster, and several items ran out without being refilled, even while breakfast service was still ongoing. The room itself had multiple maintenance issues. The air conditioning unit leaked water into the room, creating a mess. The toilet would not flush properly unless you manually adjusted it each time, which was frustrating. To make matters worse, the shower floor was extremely slippery because soap and shampoo from the wall-mounted dispenser had leaked onto the floor, creating a significant safety hazard. Overall, the combination of poor cleanliness, lack of maintenance, and disappointing amenities made this a very unpleasant experience. I cannot recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here again.

Spent one night here and really enjoyed the cleanliness of the building and the 24 hour market for when you don’t wanna leave for a snack

The room was clean. There was little to no air in our room. Even after they traded out an AC Unit at almost midnight, we suffered through the next six hours miserable. Breakfast at Walkers Exchange was subpar. I will say the Valet People were very nice and extra helpful.

Great location, the staff was friendly and room was clean

Hotel was a little dated, but the room was clean and the staff was friendly. Disappointed in the breakfast. Was expecting quite a buffet by the look of things when we checked in, but it turned out to be pretty minimal.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and well supplied; and the A/C worked well and was quiet. The area had some noise (hotel construction across the street / airplanes landing and taking off) but it was not bothersome. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful front desk support, very friendly person who helped us change room because of smoking scent. Good lobby area, but the establishment needs serious updating/modernization. Too old.
