The staff were great, the room was clean, but there was an incredible amount of other guests smoking right outside their rooms and leaving cigarette butts in containers of water. The ambience felt suboptimal in that regard haha The water pressure for the sink was very low, but that may be standard for the area, as I've not stayed in Chattanooga before

Our stay was fantastic. After a long day on the road, it's rare these days, in my opinion, to receive totally comfortable and acceptionally clean accommodations for the night. We found both here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Also the front entrance and lobby were artfully decorated. Unusual. Very pleasing to the eye. Will definitely stay here again.

Front desk attendant was friendly and fast. Great room. Will be back!
