Soft spots all in the floor. Whole upstairs hallway feels like youll fall through. This hotel is 2 stars at best. It sucks. Do not recommend.

The Sewanee Inn
we found this place for a one night stay for anniversary. It was perfect. The food was excellent. The staff was friendly. The room was clean, and the hotel itself was quite stunning.

Quality Inn Monteagle
This is extremely clean Quality Inn. The bed was great and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast was okay, but there was no yogurt. They had no coffee prepared in the evening.

The first room I was put in was very dark and creepy and I was not comfortable at all. Even with how dark the room was, I could see the bedspread was very thin and old and full of stains.
