The hotel was down to one elevator for all guests. And it was sold out.
Valet parking was awful. Took 45 minutes to get our car. And the valet was full Saturday so we were on our own to find parking.
The room was never serviced by housekeeping. We had to request towels every day at the front desk. In person. Because when you call the front desk, they would pick up and hang up the phone. And one ice maker for the entire hotel?
The staff was fine. Not rude but definitely not friendly. Do not recommend this hotel.

Everything was beautiful and clean. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, and the rooms were quiet (for downtown). The staff was nice and the restaurant was good. I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to anyone!

The entire staff was wonderful! They were all positive, energetic, and smiling from the waiter at breakfast, the greeter when you got off the elevator, and everyone we encountered during our stay.
