Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. While the price was reasonable, even what I paid felt like too much for the overall experience. The common areas had a lingering stale cigarette smell, the front doors looked like they were falling apart, and the entire property felt neglected. It appeared as though the floors had been quickly swept and mopped, but the building hadn’t received a thorough cleaning in a long time. The room itself wasn’t unlivable but had a slight musty odor. The bathroom door looked as though someone had punched through it, and there were several noticeable stains in the bathroom. The pillows felt worn out, and I had to stack all three just to have enough support to sleep comfortably. Additionally, the advertised amenities were misleading, there was no coffee or tea maker in the room, and although free internet was listed, it was essentially unusable. Even when I connected, none of my devices would load anything, forcing me to rely on my mobile hotspot or visit a nearby coffee shop throughout my stay. Despite advertised quiet hours, guests were making significant noise well past 11 p.m., and the walls are so thin you can hear pretty much everything on the floor anyway. The front desk also seemed largely unattended, I only saw staff when checking in and checking out, and neither interaction felt particularly welcoming. Overall, I was not thrilled with my stay and will not be back the next time I am in town.

Found bugs in room and lobby. breakfast area didn't seem clean so we didn't eat it. Very outdated building, odor

We arrived late at night to be greeted by a sign saying staff would be back in a minute. We waited for thirty minutes along with several other guests. We searched the entire premises, there was no visible staff anywhere on site. We tried to call, we could hear the phone ring—but no one answered. We were unable to check in as no staff arrived.

I liked how there was little cafe for breakfast/lunch dinner / coffee very convent, nice hotel pool and gym, clean rooms with a living space. Made you feel like you were in your own little apartment only thing that would have been nice is a fridge for our drinks.

Beautiful clean place very spacious for the wife and I and would be interested in it again for the wife and I with grandkids

Stay was okay but ice on first floor was not working and is a bother to me to go up a floor two days in a row. staff friendly

Only one elevator was in service which being on a top floor caused an inconvenience when coming and going, otherwise things were good.
