I liked the bed

No comment. Same price as newer property

By mistake I booked a room for 10/13 Tuesday instead Tuesday 10/6 Tuesday because it was late on 10/6 and the app when I tried to booked the room the app brought as std the alternative of 10/13. I didn’t realize this until I got to the hotel and they told me I didn’t booked anything on the 10/13. They didn’t want to move the booking from 10/13 to 10/6 and as it was too late I didn’t have any other option and I had to book again from 10/6 paying twice. I need to be reimburse the booking of the 10/13.

Upon checking in there was a fire alarm that was defining and hard to communicate, however she jokingly assured me that it was nothing. Then I opened the room without a key and the smell was disgusting, dirty floors, broken chair, and a gross looking stain on the bed. I just turned around and headed to my truck, and just as I got in my truck, the EM& Fire department showed up. I didn't bother to tell the lady I left without staying.

The help went overboard trying to help me. Good motel.

We were initially given room 404 (funny, I know) and it was bad news already stepping out the elevator: stained and musky carpet, smelled like mold on the whole floor. We were then given a room on the fifth floor, which was better, but not great. AC did not seem to respond to the thermostat, and there was no water in the room. We will not return here. But huge thanks to the kind staff for trying to be helpful!!
