We always stay at this hotel every time we’re in GenSan. It is conveniently located across SM. I also love their breakfast buffet. Staff are very hospitable and respectful.

Room was warm when we checked in. Late response, I have to go downstairs to get an extra towel after I called to have an extra one. Broken lamp but replaced right away.
