I loved this hotel, I think it’s in the perfect location that’s in short distance from everything. Clean hotel, great pool, amazing staff too.

Ac wasn't working 1st day Jennifer made sure to get someone to fix it and they did. Our dresser for our clothes had no handles other than that would stay again.

The staff was very nice and they also supplied complimentary drinks and seafood Mac and cheese!! Very delicious. My room was very clean and the hotel lobby.

The hotel was 90% booked and was understaffed! It was only 2 front desks attendant the 4 days I was there. The Grand bare had 3 servers, and 2 bartenders for 200 or more people. I felt so bad for the working staff. The understaffed issue is a management issue. I did not see any leadership out assisting and helping travelers. Marriott is a quality brand and this visit fell short of customer service and quality.

Up on ARRIVAL in my personal note to hotel I ask for good view they give a dark room looking at brick wall i ask to be closer to elevator cause I'm disabled but they out me way to the back ,when I got hurt at they property I ask to have that luggage thing to help put my luggage on they didn't come through on that I ask to get awake call on July 7,2026 ,early that morning so I won't miss my RTA ride after I was hurt by another guest with her luggage I went to doctor and I was on medication so I ask for that nite to be discounted for injury at they hotel July 6,2026 HILTON Riverside refuse me everything I ask him for on July 6,2026 before 11pm it's ridiculous when I ask for good view I wish I could had got that in first time but I had to go back down to get another room I ask not be to far walking but they didn't care they need to do better
