This had to be one of the cleanest condos we’ve EVER rented. Even though the finishes all weren’t the latest they were in immaculate condition as were the linens and kitchen utensils. The link to directions takes one to the rental office, which is on the ridge right above the condominiums. This was a bit confusing since that’s not made clear on the website, but calling the office number led to a very friendly and helpful staff. The bathtub and shower open directly into the bedroom in the one bedroom, suite unit, which could be a problem if one guest wants to get ready while the other sleeps. there’s also a nice size balcony and wide big windows with a great view of the ski mountain. I definitely see another visit in our future.

The bed was super firm, but other than that, it was a wonderful stay. The room was spotless and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, proving fans was so helpful. We will definitely be staying here again!!

I reached out to the property two weeks before our trip to ask about a balcony and was told they would do their best to accommodate us with a Juliet balcony at no additional charge. When we arrived, there were no notes about the request, but the front desk told us they could accommodate it if we waited three hours for the room to be ready. We were completely fine with waiting and left to keep ourselves busy. However, when we returned, we were given a first floor room with a "patio" instead. When we opened the curtain, there was a man standing directly outside looking into our room, which immediately made us uncomfortable from a privacy standpoint. The staff did help move us to another floor, but the new room only had a small window and no balcony. The room was also very warm. Although the hotel advertises A/C, we were told it is central for the entire building. During our five-night stay, we had to sleep with the windows open every night, which would not have felt comfortable or safe in the first floor room. The bathroom counter space is also very limited, especially if you bring skincare and makeup products. Our key cards deactivated three separate times despite keeping them away from our phones, so we repeatedly had to return to the front desk. That said, the property itself is beautiful, the location is excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. I just wish the balcony request and room situation had been handled more clearly.

They helped with everything from parking to extending my stay and a late check out it was amazing
