Hotel in need of refurbishment

Just a short stay, but made perfect by Jolanta, who sorted out a last minute problem with grace.

Having air con in the room was a huge relief in the heatwave! However, throughout my stay there was a terrible smell of blocked drains around the reception area and near the restaurant. Breakfast was acceptable, but not brilliant (fried eggs were hard and rubbery, the bacon & sausages rather sad, and there was a poor selection of cereal). The whole place looked in need of a bit of TLC, but on the whole the staff were helpful.

The spa club and the hotel grounds is what make this hotel special. The rooms could do with a refresher and the house keeping of rooms during our stay left a lot to be desired as beds not made up and cups not cleaned and we had a suite room.

Exceptionally clean flat with everything you could need. Safe, convenient location close to shops and restaurants
