Receptionist who greeted us was a wonderful lady best service. Just can't remember her name.

Hotel was clean and very nice. Bathroom was lavish! Parking was a struggle due to our extended cab pick up. So the hike dragging our luggage was a bummer. However they do have valet parking for a normal size car, I believe parking was $35 a day. Restaurant and bar were really nice and food was good. There was an espresso machine in the room but I wanted coffee. Attempts to call and ask for coffee failed. I guess there is no one at the front desk. Bonus, it is right across the street from the Oklahoma City memorial dedicated to the victims of the bombing. It is beautiful and somber.

The resort was fantastic but participate in the activities and fun. It was very expensive. For example, to rent a Pickleball court for one hour it cost $127. These type of surplus charges kind of put a damper on this day.

The staff was very helpful. The view of the ballpark was excellent. The location is definitely walkable.

The girls at breakfast counter were terrific

We had a bad experience with the staff they accuse my kids as a fraudulent people and they took the bracelets when we pay 2 rooms for a night. They didn’t have the education to go to the front desk a check my reservation.

Excellent hotel with great service from friendly and helpful people. The room was gorgeous and well appointed, located right in the heart of all the art deco beauty you could want. Highly recommended
