Parking was not easy. It was advertised as free parming and the explanation made it seem simple enough but finding free street parking in the area is not easy and you co stantly have to move your vehicles.

We were in Boston for the Mammoth March in Hingham and needed a base for some sight seeing in Boston for the week. We did not have a rental car but the parking garage was easily accessible and secure. We were able to get ubers very easily from the location. The Chelsea train station was only a 5 min walk away and the trains were reliable and efficient. The support staff replied to all our messages in the chat option quickly and were very helpful. The kitchen was well stocked and set up. The apartment was clean and all the linens and towels were freshly laundred. Would recommend this place without hesitation.

A bit far from downtown. The bedroom was fine but the bathroom appeared to have not been cleaned. Lots of hair in the drain and a wet floor

This is more like university housing than anything else. The building is full of students and poorly maintained, with visitors following others into the entrance. Carpeting is stained, paint is chipping, blinds are broken, the a/c didn't work, the hallway smells. Communication with the Evonify owners was poor, and we had to go through Hotels.com to receive our access code/registration in time for our arrival and, ultimately, a refund. We left a few minutes after we entered the unit. Not recommended. It is not the sunny, pristine, and secure apartment that appears in the photos.

The property sits right beside a beautiful bay beach with complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas provided by the very kind and cheery staff members. The pool area was very nice as well, although the pool was a bit dirty, it was relatively clean. Besides the pool was a nice calm bonfire area with some seating and a bar area open late which was very nice and convenient. We had a nice view overlooking the pool area, with the room being very clean, modern, and refreshing to come back and relax in after a long day. The staff members were very kind and helpful, with housekeeping stopping by our room each day asking if we needed anything. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would certainly come back!
