The beds were comfortable and clean. The floors were very dirty. The internet in the guest rooms is non-existent. There was no privacy, the window blinds did not close properly. Parking was not good.the “breakfast” was a coffee maker and ok and instant oatmeal. I would not stay at this property again. Although it is very convenient to downtown

Loved this place and fantastic price

Beautiful place. Amazing views. I would stay here every time. The property owners were very nice and answered any questions I had. They made sure I was taken care of. If you are in pigeon forge or gatlinburg, stay here.

Great place located close to all entertainment tou wont be disappointed with your stay. I will be back.

There is an indoor pool but the room it is in has 2 roll up garage doors that were left open the whole time causing the pool/hottub area to be rather cold at night. The overall hotel is a bit dated. Room and facilities were much smaller than expected from pictures. Location is convenient.

Very clean and peaceful. We loved it!
