Great locator for the airport.

Seems like an older property that could use a refresh. But, it wasn't bad. The staff were excellent and the location was very convenient to the train station and shopping mall.

Fab stay:) would definitely recommend, great base from which to explore different areas of aberdeen

Central but a bit tired

The hotel let's itself down with maintained and cleanliness in my humble opinion. Corridors to the room which was furthest away on the 1st floor would certainly benefit from a good hoover....the amount of visible dirt and debris was not good... Room unfortunately had a stale odour to it as soon as door was opened, visibly the room was as you would expect, well kitted out and bed was comfy and clean. Unfortunately let down with the bathroom appearance, the mould in the shower was excessive, appreciate its on the silicone sealing the shower but wow how much was there way in excess of what could be deemed acceptable. Equally the small corner stainless shelf in the shower enclosure displayed dirt and grime between it and the tiled wall. Just not a pleasant experience in the shower. Which is not necessary as the remainder of the bathroom was well.presented and clean. Yes I could have raise this with the staff (who on checkingbin were brand new) but it was late arrival and I needed kip.

The breakfast was great with both hot and cold selections. Decor was charming. Staff very kind friendly and helpful. Very well situated to explore city aswell as close to ferry terminal. Highly recommend

We had a great stay. The staff were friendly and attentive. We had an excellent dinner here and breakfast was great. Very accommodating since we were dinning with our dog. The garden rooms were clean, lovely and spacious with convenient access to the garden.

Really enjoyed my stay, nice and quiet and room spacious and clean. It had a fan which was great. So handy for town, would recommend.
