The staff is wonderful, and their hospitality truly stands out. Unfortunately, the property itself feels very dated and could benefit from major updates. The carpeting, bathrooms, and furniture in both the guest rooms and lobby show their age, and the pool area could use some major refreshing as well. I understand the hotel was recently purchased and is expected to undergo a complete renovation over the next year or two, which will hopefully give the property a much-needed update.

Really kind of let down by the whole stay. You can tell this was a rushed remodel. The rooms are a decent size but feel very bland. The bed was extremely uncomfortable compared to other hotels. The amenities were fine enough but nothing really luxury about the place. The location was nice but honestly you could stay anywhere within a few blocks and not sacrifice much on location.

The location was a bit strange. In the middle of an industrial estate. Not much around. Difficult to communicate with the landing company and took ages to get “approved” to stay.

Friendly staff on check in. A great location in Austin. And the rooftop terrace and pool are fabulous! FYI, they pitch the time share after check-in. You don’t need wristbands for the property and can easily bypass the sales pitch.
