Property staff was friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to like their job. The room was spacious and the jacuzzi tub worked well. The Property is well decorated and modern feleling with a comfortable sitting area. I would definitely stay here again.

The stay was amazing we was at the State fair and wouldn’t be until late they said that was ok even if was after midnight and the breakfast was very good the hotel was amazing and we will stay there again when we are in Des Moines

Place was super nice, we made reservations at the wrong laQuanta and tried to switch reservations and they would not let us, that’s on us but was hoping a national chain would help us do that

They were in the process of updating at least the hallways. There was no coffee maker available and our key cards stopped working the day before we needed to check out. The AC was loud and didn't cool down the seperated bedroom.

Close to home

The room was very large, and I appreciated having an outdoor area for my dog. Unfortunately, those were the only things I really liked. I had concerns about the breakfast, my experience at the establishment, the room taxes and charges, and the additional tax on the daily pet fee. I contacted the hotel and Expedia for clarification, but my specific concerns were not properly addressed. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience and felt the charges and services were not clearly explained.
