Parking was absolutely terrible when traveling with large vehicles, we had to get a room at the hotel next door just to use their oversize parking. Tub would not drain during shower, and toiletries were too small to be useful, otherwise room was okay. Breakfast was good and staff were nice though!

Great clean room, comfy beds! Breakfast was good. Would stay again

We stayed here suddenly and unexpectedly after a blown tire during a road trip… 2 adults, 5 kids and our dog. It was a little crazy logistically but our hotel stay was so seamless. The staff were so incredibly kind and patient and helpful from arrival to departure. Especially the sweet girl working the breakfast area - she was so gracious and helpful to our big family. Would totally stay here again! Great experience.

This hotel is not clean. The room had a smell. The beds had covers that had burn holes in them. The bathroom was not clean. The bathtub was stained and dirty. It looked like mold on the walls and ceiling. The towels were old and not very clean. The floor was not swept. There were people hanging outside loud. There were liquor bottles in the parking lot. A large dog was at the door of the room when I opened it. The hotel looked like a property where drug addicts live and hang out. The iron was missing from the room. It did not feel comfortable at all. This was a disgrace and should be addressed by the corporate office. I will not do business with this hotel or expedia again. When I informed the front desk of the room not being clean and how uncomfortable I was, they didn't offer a refund, they only said they were sorry. That is unacceptable. I will be reaching out to upper management regarding this experience in which I wasted my money.

Great place to stay In Little Rock. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Great and safe part of town.
