Lovely modern hotel, easy walking distance from the station and to the old town. No kettle in room it one provided upon request. Comfortable bed. Did not have breakfast as costs were too high. Would recommend.

Room was very clean , staff were friendly and helpful. Loved our view from our balcony, We would stay there again !

The Radisson Blu made our vacation in Lucerne that much better by having a great location, splendid room, and great on-site facilities. We were walking distance to all attractions. We would highly recommend this place when in Lucerne!!

Nice size and well appointed room. Staff service with a smile. Restaurant staff were all attentive. Food’s presentation and taste were excellent! Will definitely come back to stay in this hotel when in Milan. Ciao

I suggest you avoid this hotel. It is poorly run and our “superior “room was barely big enough to turn around. We put a sign on our door saying please clean the room and no one ever cleaned it during the three days we were there. The receptionist at the front desk in the evening could not speak a word of English. Fair enough. We were in France. But we were in the heart of a big tourist area and he was unable to help people. We never got clean towels until the last night and we had to go down and beg for them. The lounge is decorated like a low end 1970s lounge with bad taste. The smell in the lounge choked me. Maybe it was incense, but it was not breathable. The lift was out of order two days. The breakfast was mostly a variety of different breads. I would say give this place a mess. The only good thing about it is its location.
