Chatton Vacation Packages

Friendly staff and good location but the rooms felt very dirty.

There was a lot of building work going on to complete the new spa.

We enjoyed the spacious suite that had a gorgeous view of Durham Cathedral. The location was perfect walking distance to the river and attractions and restaurants in town.

Excellent Hotel. All members of staff professional polite and very helpful. Excellent breakfast. Small parking area but ok. Expensive parking for guests staying overnight. Room could do with some TLC Overall enjoyed our stay and would return in the future.

The room i received was an attic type room, very small and compact. Was ok for weekend stay but would have been terrible for longer. Room was clean and tidy cant fault that, the staff were amazing, very polite, very helpful. Limited onsite parking but wasnt busy so had parking all the time, there is street parking next to hotel too. From what I saw there was a kebab house, Chinese takeaway and a decent sized Asda store all within 5mins walk, main town, shopping and stadium less than 10mins drive and only 17mins drive from Newcastle airport, all in all good stay but would have rated higher with room being better.
