Everyday they gave us clean towels, made the bed, etc! Not once did I see a bug! The Best Western NOT ONCE did they clean the room, take out the trash, give us clean towels, make the bed!! Plus they have a SERIOUS STINK BUG INFESTATION…. To the point they have a sign saying they won’t give returns ...
