They charge for airport shuttle despite the listing showing it’s included. Expedia doesn’t assist in enforcing listing inclusions. Property is run down, dirty, and had to ask multiple times for basic amenities like toilet paper. Staff is rude. Worse stay and booking experience in all Asia!
