The reception desk was very attentive. I was very early to check in and without asking them they were able to find another room so I didn’t need to wait until the normal check in time. The room attendant hand wrote me a note to wish me Merry Christmas. All the staff were very nice and friendly.

Very nice villa, excellent service. A bit of a walk to the beach, but you can take the cart. Excellent breakfast. The cookies are really good! Tamarind restaurant at Nusa Dua Hotel provides another spot to hang out on the beach. The pool was nice.

Beautiful property, amazing views. Located high up on a backroad so not at all walkable to anything. We booked a villa with a private pool. Room was clean, large and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast buffet was small, but food was delicous. Would stay again but not for more than a couple days ...
