Staff was very very nice. Loved the individuality of the decor and style of the place. Dated showers. Super comfy beds and pillows. Filling free breakfast and coffee. All workers were so nice and accommodating.

The Lodge at Cloudcroft
Shower head was not working properly. Phone and clock in room did not working. Most, but not all of the staff was friendly. Staff seemed to only interact with locals. Not very attentive to other’s. Food, drinks, and atmosphere are great.

This is one of the nicest hotels my family and I have stayed at! Staff was super friendly and helpful and the rooms and breakfast were perfect. Pool was so clean and we enjoyed every moment of it. Look forward to coming back!
