The rooms need to be updated. The first room they put us in had burn stains on the toilet and the tub was dirty. The sheets was dirty too.

We went to check in at 7:30 P.M. and were told we could not check in for another 4 hours because their system was down. We asked if we could check in on the Hilton app with onekey but told no. We couldn't wait so never checked in and not given a refund. We went to another hotel.
