Overall good stay. Right next to the airport which is convenient. Not a whole lot of noise due to the airport. Bed was very soft, not great for me but okay for the time we were there. Sink didn't drain well. However, the ac worked well, the tub was nice, and overall not too loud with neighbors. Near a few restaurants. About 19 mins from the stadium which wasn't too bad either.

Room was newer but didn’t feel clean. I found a dirty tissue under the bed and the sheets were not crisp. Also, we had 3 people in a room but only had 2 large towels and 3 washcloths. Bathroom was a little old, and had no hair dryer. The hotel was large and had a nice outdoor space, but the room felt like a budget hotel. Since we got a good deal per night and the beds were mostly comfortable it wasn’t a bad stay. I just wish it felt a little cleaner.

First impressions are important. The elevator floors were dirty. They needed a vacuum on the carpet and mopping on the floor. I tried to enter the side door with my key. It did not work. I went around to the back and the doors were open. Didn’t even need a key. Question security. My room was neat and clean. Breakfast was acceptable. check-in and check out staff were pleasant. My bed was comfortable.

Pool heater was broken and pool was cloudy. Really loud music until 10pm. Checking in took forever. Will not stay at this hotel again

I had received a notice of construction disturbance. I was there for 4 nights, and this was never an issue. The parking was convenient and the best part for me was the accessibility to Rt 209 which led me effortlessly to everyplace I had to go. I traveled between Orchard Park and Amherst without a blip! The desk staff was very helpful and allowed me to extend my check- out a couple of hours due to another relative I had to see!!! Michelle Mitchell, in particular, was so welcoming and helpful!! I do wish the bistro offerings would have been available throughout the day. i
