Not so good. I am not so happy, as someone is banging on the door from 12 a.m. until 5 am, not cleaned.

Doors to the room and also secondary door to the small hallway are very heavy and incredibly loud when closing. This results in a high level of banging noise throughout the day and night. The breakfast is incredibly poor. Luke warm sausages in a dry bun, or very fatty bacon also in a dry bun. It wouldn’t take much effort to put a normal breakfast buffet on. Location is good, very close the Northern Quarter. The building itself is stunning and a great job has been done to retain character and charm.

The apartment was really nice, with a modern feel & clean as though I was the first to stay there. The hosts really helpful, making contact plenty of time prior to my arrival to arrange parking and give instructions for arrival. Great to also have a gym onsite too, made it an even better stay as I could stay within routine. Would definitely stay again, both for a night or in Manchester for work longer than that.

Don’t order breakfast it’s a basket. I was charged a commission amount which was incorrect, but was resolved . No milk to make hot drink in your room . Little things matter

Incredible stay - one of the best in UK. Rooms fantastic and stylish. Breakfast fabulous and would highly recommend. Staff friendly and attentive - really stand out customer care. Will 100% be staying again!
